Many users have reported a problem, where every new OC or join ends up as “Queued” without any upload progress, even after days.Â
If you experience this problem, do not open or join more songs – they might all end up being queued.Â
Currently, the only bullet-proof way to resolve this problem is to delete all queued songs or to reinstall the Sing! app. Unfortunately, you will loose all queued songs this way, but at least you can now start over and uploading should work again. Â
Members have reported, that switching between WiFi and mobile connection would sometimes restart the upload process successfully.Â
For videos, also don’t forget that there is a setting to upload only through WiFi. So if you are not on a WiFi connection, it would be normal that the upload doesn’t finish.Â
To avoid problems with queued songs, make sure you have a good internet connection when creating the songs and also make sure you have enough free space on your device. It also can’t hurt to wait for an upload to complete before you start to create a new OC or join.Â
