    Unter which conditions can I return a product and get a refund?

    You can ask for a full refund within 7 days after making a purchase of our digital products, unless the product is already in use. So for example, if you buy our Sing.Salon Supporter subscription but never download additional songs with it, you can ask for a refund within 7 days. If you buy our Feature package but never submit your ad, you can ask for a refund within 7 days. But as soon as the products are in use, returns are not possible anymore.

    About disputing a charge with your bank/payment provider

    Always reach out to us first if you think an order needs to be reversed, a subscriptions needs to be cancelled or if you are having trouble with the digital product you bought. You can also cancel your subscriptions easily yourself through our website. Never just dispute an order with your bank or payment provider just because you changed your mind about the purchase. Keep in mind that unjustified disputes are itself fraudulent and we are hit with a chargeback fee for each dispute we receive. So if you dispute a charge without a valid reason, you would owe us not only the order you tried to reverse, but also the chargeback fees.
