New Downloader, beta test

I set up a new version of our download service with these main improvements:

• added support for HD videos, which Smule introduced a while ago. 
• added support for background videos, which Smule introduced a while ago.
• added online mp3 conversion of Smule’s audio (m4a) and video (mp4) files — this option is limited to Sing.Salon supporters

For now, it’s a separate database. The download credits work independently from the credits in our existing downloader database. So, for the duration of the beta test, you can potentially download twice as many songs. 

I will monitor the songs uploaded to the new downloader service and look for potential technical issues. If the new version is reliable, it will replace the existing downloader in a week or two.
