How do I tag individual collabs and not the original OC?

So, I've got VIP and I know how to hashtag, say, the #SmulePick...(theme) on my OCs so anyone can join with a chance of getting featured. But how do I go into individual joins/collabs and tag them separately? I'm on Android, I'm not sure if that will make a difference.

On iOS you open the song itself so it plays full screen and then on that screen there is a “•••” button with lots of options including “Edit” to change this text. Not sure how that looks on Android or if it maybe is not available.
