Smule app IOS - no phone login

I am getting not getting option to login with phone on Smule app ( image attached)

but when I try the web the option is there

i have to use phone to access my active account 

any idea why or when this changed 

I have submitted a support request to Smule but they don’t respond soon so posting here

How did you sign up originally? Usually, you would click the Sign in With Email button.

Using phone but now Smule app on iPhone does not give option to login using Phone number

I tried to update my email from the web Smule login but it won't allow. me, 

I also have a email login but that is not my active account

I got it resolved by just setting up another email account
