Smule login with phone number fails

I have an another account in Smule named R_k_rhythms I created it with my phone number ,I have some problems in my mobile so my mobile was factory reseted after that when I tried to open, the number login does notworks it shows an system error occurred try later I can't open that I'd so please help me to open that I'd

I have the same problem. I wanted to log in to my account but my phone number was lost. How to recover my account without a phone number now. Smule must find a solution.
