[Member Sanj…]
Hi, I have requirement to upload an external mp4 video to Smule. The issue is the video creator is new to Smule and doesn't want anything to do witj Smule. Do I have an option to host that video to Smule page? I am aware of Songbook requirement whicj talk about mp3 or m4a audio formats of 20MB or 10 mts duration support. Also aware of MusicVideo option which is done in Smule. Pls suggest. [Member Sanj…]
Sure. Per Smule Songbook upload process, this is what I see in Smule website: ############ Uploading requirements: Maximum file size: 20 MB, or recording length up to 10 minutes Supported formats: m4a, mp3 16 Bit, 44100 or 48000 Hz Sample Rate Mono or stereo files only Maximum compression: 64kbps (mono) and 128kbps (stereo) ########## My requirement is that I have an mp4 created by a singer who doesn't want anything to do with Smule. Now how do I host that mp4 (video + audio) on to Smule page? Is there a workaround? P.S: I did try a method of running the mp4 file on a PC or a mobile and use another mobile with Smule installed to record the video. But with relatively less quality of video as anticipated. Audio was ok.
