Username mistake

When I register I made a mistake in my username  I want to correct  the error. But it won't  let me change it.

It looks like you could change it and it is the same as your Smule name. 

After a change, the function is locked for some time to prevent any misuse. So it’s intentional that you can’t change it shortly after already having changed it.

At first  it was a letter  off but  they allowed  me to change it

I am not a memeber but want to change my username. It will not allow me to change it. I have tried many forms of another username I know is not active, it still willl not allow me to change my username.
