That’s not the correct spot. You need to open the song and the click the share icon, which looks like an arrow. This option should appear for both public and private performances.

I installed Smule, became a VIP member and recorded a song with option of keeping it private. I could see the Copy Link icon at that time. The song is saved. I can play it on smule it with the lock button seen. But after about 10 minutes when I returned to it and wanted to download it, I could not see any option for copying the link. Clicking on 3 dots only shows me Pin this & add to Play list. So now how do I download without the link? On the desktop, I can see the Copy Link and share options. So why not on my iPhone?

@Glasnost It should work for you after updating to the latest version. But, you still have to wait for a week (from the last run) before you can run it again.

@Duets.fm it didn't work for me - I updated to the latest app, and then clicked the refresh icon next to the Show Singers line. After few seconds got a message that refresh completed, and the icon changed to the disabled icon. But, in the 'Only I follow' list it still shows singers whom I am no longer following. Also the 'Following' count is not correct and does not match with what is currently shown in the smule App/website

Yeah it connects to ipad and my iPhone.. i haven't tried with android but I guess it should work with that too.. Does it fully support mobile devices like iPhones and Android phones? Officially, they only seem to market it for PC and Mac as USB device. And you connect your headphones to the Scarlett and get the monitoring mix from Smule containing the background track and the voice like on the iRig devices?

@_MusiCoolPiyush_ It is also more expensive, right? One problem with my iRig Pro is that sometimes it gets into this mode, where the connected iPad will keep switching back and forth between charging and not charging. Seems like a defect.

I have moved away from IRIG Pre and IRIG Pro. I have used both in the last 8 years that I have been on Smule but I hate the fact that they just stop working and there is little support from IK Multimedia. I have now connected my iPad with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface and it works like a charm and is so sturdy and dependable when compared to IRIG devices. I definitely recommend getting this audio interface as it's going to last much much long than IRIGs

I have seen these fake profiles applying a new strategy these days. Few weeks back, I had my singlive open and was enjoying my time singing live with my Smule friends. I noticed a fake profile with zero followers and zero following enter my live jam while I was on the mic singing my part of the duet number. I usually ban any ID with 0 followers/0 following as I know it's always a fake profile. By the time I finished my part and decided to ban this fake profile - I noticed that I couldn't boot him out because I couldn't see the options to kick or ban this chap. I then realised what he had done.. this chap blocked me and other admins as soon as he entered the live jam and then he just kept on sending lewd messages and we couldn't ban him or kick him out because you can't see those options if someone has blocked you or you have blocked them. I had to close my singlive and had to open a private one. I think this is where I like to Group Sing Live option because only those who are part of that group can join the sing live

It's a bug reporting them for last 2 years . It's not a feature I'm expecting them to fix. Do you think it's a ignorance or they don't care the customer. And it works for all not for my account 😔. And this is accepted to take it to the legal court case.

Why can't Smule site allow those who disturb others and log in with a fake account every day and every hour and cause trouble for Smule members and curse and blaspheme? They don't recognize what they send in comments or private messages to others. Most Iranian members are nervous about this person. Please follow up carefully and close the IP of this person's devices. He logs in with several accounts every day and sends very bad words to me and my wife. Very Some of the friends left Smule because of the disturbance of this man

You probably mean something like this: That’s a message invite to sing that particular song with them. It’s the same invite that usually goes out to all followers, but one can also send it to selected people as a message.

If asked for a join on my private messaging are they referring to me joining a group or asking me to sing with them?

true,i have to be more specific here as i and many of female users in my circle has complained about a person, who is a female too,has been sending vulgar comments from numerous fake ids, one after the other. i wasnt aware why she was doing that, she chooses any one.most popular invite from target's list and post like 50msgs in a row- most vulgar,humiliating ones and immediately blocks the user. smule feature doesnt let the person to delete or view comments spammer posted in their song,but whole world can see those... i could see that she is worried when a particular person's collabs with female singers make her upset and she targets all of them, this has now crossed all limits, and i m thinking of seeking if any legal help feasible here. latest id of this spammer is arpita152, smule isnt taking any action ,not even adding a feature to allow removal and blockage of such criminals, if they blocked you already

Yes, that’s correct. I have both analog and digital iRig models and the latter are superior, but it’s also not like the difference is like night and day. The digital version has slightly less noise and there is more clarity, but I think if we would test it with typical Smule songs, people wouldn’t be able to tell which version was being used. The microphone has a much bigger impact on the sound than the audio interface.
