[Member Riya…] Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Hello, When I click the 'gift' icon, or 'gift' button, or sometimes after choosing a gift and then while clicking that 'Send gift' button, my app immediately crashes & getting hard-closed by itself. I have been talking to the tech support team regarding this for 2-3 weeks but seems like they still couldn't fix it. Anyone facing this issue? I have been trying to communicate with tech team for weeks, but they keep postponing to correct the issue by asking me do irrelevant things like reinstall the app, check the connectivity etc..etc..
