iOS crashing

Despite smules recent push of an update, Smule still giving error message, connection too slow to stream audio, this only happens on video collaborations, it will go fine for about 10 mins, give the message, and crash out. Is it time to switch to Android, or is the same issue on that platform also. Now before someone says it probably is your network, it’s not I’ve tried it on three different networks, it’s also not the iPad, as I bought a new one thinking it was it , but alas same issue. Cheers for any ideas you may have to offer. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, to no avail either, and IOS, software is current. Cheers.
