[Member Herm…]
Hi all, Is it possible to download a smule song (the original one, so without the singing), to be able to upload it again with new lyrics? I sing with a lot of dutch guys and there are many songs that have dutch versions, however not on Smule, so I would like to 'convert' English versions to Dutch versions. I guess it is not possible due to copyrights or so, but I give my question a chance :) Thanks if anybody can help on this one! Herman
[Member open…]
You can record a solo without singing anything and then download the song using the Sing.Salon download service. Then you can upload the song again with new lyrics. I’ve done that a few times.

[Member Brai…]
Probably works even better if you plug a jack cable with nothing at the other end, to avoid ambient noise.
[Member Manj…]
Hi, where do you record it when you plug the jack cable one side? could you give more details pls? thanks
[Member Brai…]
You just plug an empty mic jack to avoid the record to pick noise. More details: 1. (optional) Plug an empty mic jack. Not a regular earphone jack, a mic & earphone jack (those with three plastic stripes on the plug, trrs type) 2. Pick a song and start a solo 3. Wait in silence til it ends 4. Make sure the song line is flat 5. Share the song, and copy the link 6. Paste the link here: https://sing.salon/smule-downloader/ 7. Download the track 8.
