Can Someone tell me whats is going on at Smule

For many weeks now Did not matter how loud I sang, the recording was so soft with hardly an audio signature and I had to bump up the Voice before continuing to upload the song. Then suddenly a new feature appeared that said "Auto Tuning" so I tried it and realised the final upload after editing by Smule software was Awful and singing way too slow. Now I sang a song and realise the audio signal was too loud and I had to lower the volume by 1.8dB. Not only that the Auto Tuning feature has disappeared ...

Cannot tell what Smule is going to do from one day to another..

I hope the developers at Smule have ears and eyes and read the feedback in this forum.
