Smule Video does not upload - shows Queued

Recently a singer friend of mine  based in India is  unable to upload her video joins. It says queued. (See attached image). She is able up upload audio only joins.

She has an iphone 6s.

Any help or suggestions to try to fix this is appreciated.

It started happening yesterday. She has tried deleting photos etc to create space.

There is a setting to “only upload videos over WiFi”. That would be my first guess and it would explain the problem. 

Other than that, I would expect problems with the internet connection and there is no clear solution for songs that are stuck. But it’s worth trying to restart the phone, switch between connections (mobile vs. WiFi) and things like that.

Thanks sir. I did ask her to check the wifi settings. The phone in question is only used for smule and is always at home connected to the wifi.

I did ask her to restart the phone. I will try using data as opposed to wifi and see if it works
