[Member Rama…]
Dear All, I am a Smule user for over 4 years and my user ID: Ramachari2106 When try to open Smule.com page I am getting 'None' on the top left page and not letting me to move any further. Kindly help get this fixed at your earliest possible convenience please. I tried restarting / rebooting, checking for any viruses, Scanned for if any, and the problem is still the same. The problem has started after the below action taken from my end: Tried uploading a song and while entering the details of Artist, Genre...I finished entering Artist, but for the Genre when I entered English or whatever it didn't accept-didn't give any options to chose too and when I tried to go back to the previous page all this happened and stuck on this screen now. Need your help getting this fixed asap. Also attached the screenshot for your reference. Also like to add below technical details too for your reference. The song I tired to upload are within the specified parameters. 1. Maximum file size: 20 MB, or recording length up to 10 minutes; 2. Supported formats: m4a, mp3; 3. 16 Bit, 44100 or 48000 Hz Sample Rate; 4. Mono or stereo files only; 5. Maximum compression: 64kbps (mono) and 128kbps (stereo). The same thing is happening with the my mobiles when I tried to open Smule. Further, contacted Smule on: [email protected], who responded to check on below and I confirm everything is perfect from my side. Please check that the file you are trying to upload meets all the requirement: 1. Please make sure to turn off any browser extensions that may be running. You can also try uploading the songs from a different browser to see if that helps. Let us know if you have further questions! [Member Rama…]
Hi Lula, Hope you are doing good!. This problem got fixed for me now and you can follow the below steps to get away from this issue. 1. Temporary fix for this will be using 'Tar' browser instead of Chrome or IE which is not supporting Smule. This will allow you do Smule activities as normal. 2. Please help the Smule tech team providing them the details of your Internet Service Provider, IP addresses (If Dynamic or Static). This you can do it on your google search bar just by typing: "My IP address". and share with them the Internet Service Provider details also, and explain them in detail the problem you are facing. They will assign a static IP address from their end which will fix the issue permanently and you can start using Smule either on Chrome or on IE thereafter. But, until then you can have uninterrupted service by using 'Tar' browser as stated above. Good Luck!
