[Member SIA_…] Posted February 20, 2021 Share Posted February 20, 2021 I had two Smule subscriptions, one was an account for a friend.  Both subscriptions were on my iPhone, the one I opened for a friend.  I immediately set to cancel and it did just that.  The other one is my account which is set to automatically renew in June, but apparently my current  VIP was set to non-VIP even though I still am subscribed to it.  I am attaching two files.  You will see my active account that is as a non-VIP which I am still subscribed to and if I hit on subscribe it even says I am subscribed until June.  What do I do?
