New phone. New account.

I had to buy a new phone. I forgot my password and had problems making a new one do Opened a new account thinking everything would remain the same but to my dismay I found that it was all different.  None of my followers were there. I did two songs and don't know whether they have gone on the usual feed. I've written to Schmule but get no response

 I'm so upset.

Yeah, that can happen easily when you set up a new phone. If you do not login properly into an existing Smule account, you create a new one instead, which is of course completely independent from your previous account. 

Rest assured, that your old account and all its content is still there. I would suggest to try logging in on the website: https://www.smule.com
If you forgot your password and you have registered with an email address, you can reset the password here: https://www.smule.com/user/password

If you can login again, you can also log in on the app. Depending on your device, you can just delete the app and install it again, so it will ask you to login again when you start the app.

Sorry for pestering you. I have mental health issues. I just want to know if the New songs I've recorded have gone on the usual feed. So my old followers could see them. Because if they haven't I've got to sing them all over again.
