[Member _Ram…]
I get the notification that XYZ has followed me and I check the persons profile and find the member has not recorded even one song on Smule be it a duet or a Solo or sent out any invites, yet the individual is following over 500 members and is being followed by about 750 members. Who are these people and what are they upto, if they are not here to SING ? Spammers, Hackers? Does not bother me, yet I find in eerie to see why they are following me. I even get PMs that just say "Hi", may be to draw me into some conversation...  HitTunes_1  is one such follower who followed me 13 hours ago. Maybe they're a fan? Idk, you definitely have reason to be skeptical.

[Member _Ram…]
Quite Possible. These followers are not VIP meaning they do not pay subscription and could be spy bots. Will have to drop to note to Smule as VIP members need protections from Bots
[Member _Ram…]
I just logged into Smule. HitTunes_1 followed me two days ago and was following 491 singers. Has followed me again today and  HitTunes_1  is following 980 smule members. He has 5 favourites Sung by SutonShekh. Perhaps Hit Tunes_1 is gathering members for SutonShekh a Real VIP singer
[Member _Ram…]
I posted this Note to Smule Zen Desk: - Ramrajah1012 Dec 4, 2020, 13:10 GMT+2 Any time any one follows me on Smule I check out their profiles and even listen to a few uploads to see If I want to follow them. In the last few months, I get notifications that XYZ is following me and I go to their profiles and they are not VIP members and have about 500 followers and are bv=being followed by 500 or more. What is strange is that they have not recorded one solo or duet or sent and invitations to followers to join. Meaning they may not be human beings at all but kind of SPY bots trolling and looking for victims. Smule should please look into this ASAP before some one gets into serious trouble. For Example HitTunes_1 followed me two days ago.No recordings on Channel, None on Invites, but there are 5 Favourites of the same Smule member SutonShekh. Hit tunes was following 491 people two days ago. HitTunes_1 has followed me again today and has 980 followers. Smule should keep an eye on Non Vip members as they could be Bots.. Please look into this ASAP before some smule members get into serious trouble. Cheers. Smule Support Team My Understanding of what happened and why:- One of the Smule VIP singers has hired people to find other Smule members who have sung a particular song and follow them as a first step and then forward an invite from this VIP member to hundreds if not thousands of strangers hoping some will join and enhance his stature for example some 900 odd people had joined the invite..... So just part of the Numbers game...Driven by EGO . Sad but True

The asked me to join SoltanoXXX, "their brother". I flagged them. -Ramkrish1012 this is all your fault. -jk
