[Member Kori…]
Hello, We are a choir who are recording group songs in Smule. But, it happens, when someone joins, it distorts the uploaded background music that we start recording. Could you give me some tips how to remove or improve that? thank you very much in advance here’s an example https://www.smule.com/p/2405304186_3619741449
[Member open…]
That sounds like the typical feedback loop when the background audio gets recorded through the singer’s microphone. So one of your singers has a technical problem. If you get this often you should be able to figure out who it is, since it will only start after this person joined. The user would also be able to hear that problem after the recording and before uploading. If you lead a group you need to instruct your members never to upload a join unless they are absolutely sure it’s correct. Once it’s uploaded, it’s too late.
