Too much noise is being picked up in Bluetooth head phone mic

Recommended Posts

I have been using high quality Cowin E7 studio Bluetooth headphones with Smule.

Up until last week’s Smule app update, this headphone worked just fine to sing and record songs.

Now, with the latest update, when I sing, some noise is picked up. Including exaggerated sounds when I take breaths. This wasn’t at all a problem before the Mule app update around the last week of June, 2020, on my iPad.

Looks like someone In the development team messed with the filter settings, in this app release, and it’s made my voice quality terrible.

It’s  a shame when this app is so expensive to own.

Hi Ninad,

Couple of questions:

  • Did you contact support?
  • Are you referring to the smule.com membership for $39 a year? Or are you subscribed a different way?

Thanks,

Keith

No my subscription fee is higher, I think. $120 per year?

Anyway, how do I contact support?

Or email [email protected]

Think you might be paying too much. Buying a yearly account @ smule.com is $49.99

Switching from one type of subscription to another is very possible, and you dont lose any songs on your profile or anything like that.
