[Member Pesk…]
Hello all.  Hoping someone has some insight for me. I have an iRig Pro I/O.  When I connect the iRig to my iPhone 8 Plus or my 10 the blue LED is very dim.  When I hook up my condenser mic and switch on the phantom power it doesn’t power the mic.  Can someone tell me if they’ve had this issue and what the issue could be? Thank you!!
[Member open…]
Have you started a Smule and an OC? The device will only really start once you open an app that activates the digital input.
[Member Pesk…]
No.  So if I’m understanding correctly if I have everything hooked up right opening the app is what triggers the power to come on?

Thank you!! If you are using batteries in your iRigPro I/O it can be the cause. I use a dedicated power supply as manufactured by IK Media and don't have any such issues. Once my iRig Pro seemed dead with no led lights at all. Turned out to be a lose connection. Fixed it and no problem since.. Cheers
