[Member neva…] Posted January 29, 2020 Share Posted January 29, 2020 Platform: Iphone XR Mic: Apple Earbud, Blue Yeti Before the symptom happened, all my mics have picked up my voice just fine. Level of volume and clarity has been awesome. Until one day, out of blue, it picked up my voice too strong (amplified!) and even if I record my voice far away from the mic, my voice is still very loud and I had to record with volume down. And the quality is bad, so much echo. I tried both Apple Earbud and my new Blue Yeti but the symptom is the same, so definitely it is not mic... I reinstalled the app but no good. Factory reset may be a good try but that's painful so I haven't done it yet.... also I read another article that he hadn't been successful with that (his symptom may be a bit different.. static sound) There is no mic volume control on Iphone so I am stuck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
