I have a very expensive Shure stage mic. Can that be used with Smule and if so what connectors would be needed

If you are definitely getting one, remember to buy just the iRig Pro I/O with its own power supply as suggested by Open Type. Don't go for the battery option as batteries get chewed up very fast and often weak batteries affect the recordings. There are other cheaper models like iRig Pre and iRig Duo. Don't let the sales man sell you one.

What Mic have you got. IRig Pro I/O is suitable for both Dynamic and Condenser Microphones. Condenser Mic needs 48V Phantom Power which is available in i Rig Pro I/O. A switch is provided to switch to 48V Phantom Power if Required. Cheers
